BLOUSE
1 Collar size
Place the shirt on a flat surface with the collar fully
extended. Measure from the centre of the collar button to the far end of the
buttonhole.
2 Shoulder width
Measure across the back from one shoulder seam to the other.
3 Bust size
Measure across the chest from one armpit seam to the other.
Double the value to get the full bust size.
4 Waist size
Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of the waist.
5 Hem size
Measure the circumference of the garment's bottom hem.
6 Cuff size
Measure the circumference of the sleeve or trouser leg opening.
7 Length
Measure from the highest point of the shoulder to the bottom hem.
8 Sleeve length
Measure from the shoulder seam to the end of the sleeve (cuff).

TROUSERS
1 Waist size
Measure horizontally around the narrowest part of the
waist.
2 Hip size
Locate the widest part of the hip area. Measure directly from
end to end, then double that measurement to determine the total hip
size.
3 Thigh size
Find the widest part of the thigh area, near the crotch seam.
Measure from side to side at this point, then double that measurement to get
the full thigh circumference.
4 Calf size
Find the widest part of the calf area on one of the legs.
Measure from side to side at this point, then double the measurement to get the
full calf circumference.
5 Front rise
Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the front
waistband.
6 Back rise
Measure from the crotch seam to the top of the back
waistband.
7 Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam along the inner leg to the
bottom of the hem.
8 Length (Bottom)
Measure along the side seam from the waistband to the bottom
hem.
