Esfera Magika operates the online store in accordance with these General Terms and Conditions. The store is available for use at any time; however, the company reserves the right to temporarily disable it for maintenance or other technical reasons, without prior notice, and is not responsible for any damages resulting from such unavailability.
The sales contract between Esfera Magika and the customer is considered formalized when the order is confirmed by email, in the "Order Confirmed" status. From that moment, all purchase conditions, including prices, become fixed and applicable to both parties.
All prices on the Website are in EUR and include VAT. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of order confirmation. Note that this online store is intended exclusively for end customers (B2C); therefore, we do not process B2B sales or issue invoices for legal entities.

The site occasionally offers promotions and discounts, valid for a limited period. Specific promotions for new users are not applicable to already registered customers and are automatically blocked. Promotions are not cumulative, unless expressly stated.
Product prices do not include delivery costs, which vary depending on the chosen option (standard or express delivery) and are visible during the checkout process. The customer will be notified of any additional costs before submitting the order.
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. The estimated delivery time is informed at the time of order, and may be extended during periods of higher demand or due to delays in the delivery service. If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and the amount paid will be refunded within 8 business days.
Some products may have associated risks. The customer declares to be aware of possible safety risks and undertakes to use the products responsibly. Before using any product, it is recommended to carefully read the instructions for use. The company is not responsible for direct or indirect damages resulting from incorrect product use.
In case of a complaint, Esfera Magika's liability is limited to three times the market value of the product, within legal limits.
The customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days after delivery of the product, without needing to state a reason. This right applies exclusively to individual consumers who purchase goods for non-professional use.
