Warranty Policy

All products in our store come with a 30-day warranty from the date of receipt.

1. Conditions for Warranty Activation

For the warranty to be activated, the customer must send:

  • A video of up to 1 minute demonstrating the defect, where both the product's problem and the original shipping packaging (with the post office label visible and intact) are clearly shown.
  • Alternatively, clear photographs showing the defect, including the original post office packaging with the label, may be sent.

If the customer is unable to send the video or photographs, it will be necessary to send the product to our analysis address, at the customer's expense. The cost of this shipment entitles the customer to a discount coupon equivalent to the PAC shipping cost, as per item 1.3 above. The product must be sent in its original post office packaging, with the label intact.

2. Warranty Limitations

It is important to note that our warranty does not cover aesthetic or functional damage caused after purchase, including problems such as broken or cracked screens. The following cases are not covered by the warranty:

2.1. Exclusions

  • Damage caused by liquids: Our warranty does not cover incidents such as accidental drops into water or submersion. Although some products may be water-resistant, each model has its specific limits.
  • Damage due to repair attempts or modifications made by the user or third parties.
  • Improper use of accessories.
  • Normal wear and tear: Includes scratches due to use, oxidation caused by contact with sweat, among other natural signs of use.
  • Reduced battery life: A gradual decrease in battery capacity is expected over time.
  • Resistance tests: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from resistance tests, such as checking glass strength or waterproofing capability.

3. Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations due to logistical problems outside the company's control, particularly in cases of unforeseen international transport issues, cannot be processed.
